Plot: Three ? Love, Lies and Betrayal is a story about three individuals and what takes place within a house located at Purple Lake. The story revolves around Mrs. Anjini Dutt (Nausheen Ali Sardar), a violin teacher who is running the house with whatever she earns. She is married to Rajeev Dutt (Akshay Kapoor) and her husband who has not been able to earn much, lives on her earnings. This leads to anger and frustration in their relationship.
Rajeev finally gathers the courage to ask her to sell the house and give him the money to invest in the business. This infuriates her as the house is the only connection she has with her late parents.
